With this in mind, please be aware of our cancellation policy and the penalties associated with the cancellation of a booking or the early termination of a Licence agreement.
In the event that this Licence Agreement is terminated prior to the end of the Licence Period (“Early Termination Date”), the Applicant must pay an early termination fee which is equal to 1 months Licence Fee on the date of or prior to departure. At least seven (7) days written notice is required for terminating this agreement prior to the end of the licence period.
